I have called twice in the last week because my finance statement that terminix goes through is billing me double than what I owe. I was told all I have to owe is $424, but I am being billed $910.
I called last week and was told I shall receive a call. I waited a week, no call, called again and was told the service manager would call me but have not received anything.
This is poor customer service. I will not refer then to anyone.
