Made an appointment-waited nearly 2 hrs. the day they were to come-they called 1 hr.

& 45 min. into the window of time -can't come - over booked. Rescheduled-they call when on the way-showed up a full hour later. Guy's "inspection" was a total joke!

He was in & out in about 10 min. Waved a flash light around the basement, glanced around outside, said he saw a burrowing area inside but felt no reason to check it closer (really!?) said he saw no hole on opposite side of wall (after he left I checked and there was one!).

Said they'd only do what I was doing & it'd be $500 a year. Didn't look at both adjoining walls or wear booties over shoes.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Don't want to hear from them-ever! Treat people right in the future!.

I didn't like: Worthless inspection.
