Terminix is a very UNPROFESSIONAL company in many way :

1. Their sales reps only cared about getting customers contract and money....then provide NO real follow up services or avenues of reparation for the damages they caused even when we contacted them by phone and emails many many times.

2. They also used OUTSIDE contractors when doing Heat Treatment instead of the normal Tenting. The contractors are also very UNPROFESSIONAL ....they did not even know what area or rooms or the kind of treatment we requested. The Rep also promised us a supervisor or he himself will monitor the treatment that day but no one showed up except the two contract employees who did not know what they are doing.

3. They damaged a door permanently in our kitchen area when applying the heat treatment but no one cared when we called to complaint and they only called or email back with many unneeded extra services or product

DO NOT use this COMPANY....!!!

We have canceled our services and they still showed up to spray not only once but twice and expected to get paid. Called them again multiple times to tell them we were not paying the 2nd bill.

They kept billing us. My husband finally sent them a letter and the bill keeps coming.

Still waiting for their reply. All they care about is sustaining their business without the consumer’s consent.

Run them off of your property or call the police. I hope your husband's letter was sent as the anonymous poster below suggested ; Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested.

That at least establishes a legally admissible timeline of events.

Your final statement is correct - they attempt to sustain their "business" without customer consent. That is corporate policy and an evil one at that.


You had better be sure to cancel any ongoing contract you may have with Terminix in writing and served via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. Be advised : they will attempt to charge you months before the end of said contract and will continue to pester you for months.

Be sure that letter is furnished at least 30 days prior to term expiration. Keep copies of all correspondence and all postal receipts. Advise your credit card or bank to accept no further charges from this supplier.

They will try to become your new BFF (as in best *** friend) so be aware of their tactics. They tried to hang us with another annual contract but we were prepared as described and refused all of their overtures and stopped accepting their calls.
