After servicing my house for bees I still had them 8 days later. When I called them they said they couldn't get back to my house for 6 days. When I asked for a manager I was put on hold for 30 minutes then I hung up! When I called back I was told the manager wasn't available.

Once they get paid they don't seem to be responsive to your problem. They give you a 30 day plan but the follow up is terrible. The tech that came to the house was very nice and I do not blame him. Management needs to be more responsive to customers problems.

My wife has a bee allergy and we're still getting 15-20 bees in the house a day.

I called someone else and they are coming later today.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $340.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
