Had home inspection appointment for BETWEEN 10 and 12. 1:30 nothing, called spent 5 to 10 minute waiting for someone to come on line, explained situation they said would forward me to customer service waited at least 10 to 15 minutes then phone went click, click and line went dead, dropped call.
Called back, another 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up were told they would have the tech call us, nothing now it is 4PM called back, another 5 to 10 minute wait for someone to pick up then they wanted to reschedule, at this point in time have lost whole day great customer NON- SERVICE. Only good thing is techs who service yard are on time, friendly, through, too bad phone reps are the complete opposite.
VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Impossible to support claims, only person on other end of line might have records of the three phone calls and the time spend on the line.
Product or Service Mentioned: Terminix Pest Control.
Reason of review: Intermitable wait times for someone to come on phone, and lack of concern that my time is valuable also..
Preferred solution: CEO or someone higher up making personal call to say something will be done to correct POOR phone service then DO IT. Apologize..
