If we had to do it all over again we would NOT choose Terminix. What an awful experience!

The person who came out named Trent seemed knowledgeable but had instructed us incorrectly on how to bag the food. It took me 3 days to prep and bag all of the food. When the day came to tent the house another Terminix tech told me that ALL of the food needed to be bagged except for canned goods. He then told us that the bags were NOT correctly bagged and that ALL of the bags needed to be unknotted and taped up - WHAT A HASSLE AND A WASTE OF ALL THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO BAG ALL OF THE FOOD.

If that Trent had given the correct instructions, I would have bagged it correctly from the start. Lastly, on the day the tent was removed, the key that was placed into the door lock for security measure was stuck and so we were unable to go out of the house because the door could not be locked. So we waited for over 7 hours for someone other Terminix employee to remove the key. WE WERE VERY INCONVENIENCED TO SAY THE LEAST!!

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! The tent went up on Friday and was not removed until Monday.

Too long too late! Anyone looking to fumigate their house should shop around and NOT USE TERMINIX!
