We originally called Terminix to help with ants. Come springtime we would get tiny ants in our kitchen and the bathrooms.

It took them several visits to try and resolve this, which eventually they did. We agreed to an annual contract to prevent this problem from coming back. Now that it is springtime again we have the exact same problem, ants are everywhere. When we call the customer service its a constant game of "we'll be here later today" until we call back and get told can't make it and we "cant get in touch with our local tech for 24 hours".

Lousy customer service. And if you are treating my house regularly why do I have this problem again, how good of a job are you doing when you say you came while no one was home.
