Poor service, Tech was 45 mins. late for initial assessment, 45 mins.

late for the payment of service, did not call or show up for the 1st appointment was given a credit for that, 2nd appointment tech was not prepared for the correct service. Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I Canceled my service and getting a refund that will take close to a month to get back. You decide.

I was not offered any discount for the 2nd screw up and the Service Manager was very nonchalant. My Husband lost time off of work for 2 days of incompetent service. I will never solicit this company every again in life.

I will give someone else a try. Highly annoyed!

I didn't like: Employees need customer service training, Total waste of time and money, Hate it would give them no stars if i could.
