Scheduled appointment for Subterranean inspection was cancelled by the company and a new appointment scheduled which was again cancelled by the company but no notification given us. Inspection and rebating now scheduled for the 30th.

Advised that a manager would be calling us within 24 hrs. The service by this company is totally unacceptable and will be cancelled at first opportunity. We have had problems with the company in the past when tenting was required and the tenting process resulted in damage to our house with no recourse given Unfortunately, our yearly renewal payment was already made. No more.

The customer care by this company is the worst we have experienced. We highly recommend any future customer seriously reconsider contracting for termite protection.
