Several times they have automated calls telling me I owe money when the bill has been paid and ck cleared. They seem to be overall incompetent when it comes to knowing what is going on and being up to date with your account.

No wonder.... there are no local offices anymore and the computers do the tech routing.. which by the way is VERY BAD! The poor tech is scattered all over the area in no logical order.

this reduces his revenue and effectiveness. As to the tech.. he is totally honest and very hard working we have had him for over 20 years.

When he is gone.. so is Terminix!
