Paid 90 for 1 x annual recheck after their application. 2 scheduled appointments no one showed up or called!

Requested refund and received $60 of the 90. Still calling them now at 10 calls with no avail...keep saying prorated........how can you prorate a 1 time service????? We will never use them again and everyone we know won't either Customer Service NOT. Don't use terminix.
