Signed up for service and had to use a debit card that was for special occasions because I was having problems with my main account card. Set up for the quarterly visits.
Told them not to use that card for those billings. Was told no problem. Got my first quarterly inspection in September. Found out that they billed the wrong account anyway.
Technician came yesterday without warning. When I found out since I am out of town, I called terminex immediately and made sure that they were not billing the wrong account. Sure enough they still had the old card on file. Had them change it to the correct number.
Checked my bank this morning and sure enough, they billed the wrong account. Overdrafting that account for the second time. Now they say that they have no record of the call in September.
I no longer need these imbeciles in my life. Gone for good.
