Now I found that they mistaken cancelled my parents service instead of ours! Still no word directly from them to me.

Repeatedly missed appointments for evenings or weekends when I would be home. Instead they would just show up during working hours and leave a a note.

Final straw was when they missed an appointment for 4-29 for service and second appointment for termite inspection on the same date without any contact what so ever. I called and cancelled service. Than they show up on 5-25 and perform exterior service, without me home. I told technician when he called that I previously cancelled service.

Then I notice a charge for service on my credit card. When I called Terminix to dispute they had the nerve to say that I did not cancel till 5-25 and would not reverse charges.

Product or Service Mentioned: Terminix Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $143.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Impossible scheduling.
