I've been paying the same fee all along, since 2013, and once a year someone comes and does a termite inspection. My house was tented for termites April 2015. The Terminix destruction team knocked my chimney cap off, left it on the pool deck very bent up, knocked 2 columns of their base, broke sprinkler heads, left dirty tracks all over my house, used the toilets and generally made a mess. I call TERMINEX last year (2015 Waukesha WI) they didn't do anything they told me on the inspection.I call the inspector from TERMINEX and he told me he was going to cam to my hose and check what they did, but guess what NO CALL NO SHOW. sounds familiar?. But when I was double billed for termite control, I discovered erratic billing for different amounts, etc. After much probing, they said it was credited to my account, but I was never able to find it. Terminix's expensive "Baiting System" for termites is gamed and rigged by their incompetent tech's. With 34-some odd bait traps, we expect them all to be checked. Caught the tech lying about checking them when it was clear they were never opened, let alone bar-coded as "checked" by the tech's hand held device. All this means you ARE NOT PROTECTED for termites. I have inanely been a customer of Terminix for 2 years for both General pest treatment and Termite. Not only do both problems continue to exist, the customer service has been ATROCIOUS when trying to schedule follow ups or re-treatments.
