I'm a 20 plus year monthly service customer with Terminix.
Technician said she would service my home
in March. I never received a call. She always calls.
I assumed she serviced my home. No evidence nor a receipt that she was at my home.
I paid the monthly bill of $61 for March.
I called and told customer service that I never received a call from my technician.
I called customer service again stating that I don't believe my house was sprayed for pests in March. I told them I paid them anyway.
No service again in April. I still get billed!!!
