Terminix refuses to pay claim
Reported termite damage to Terminix, call center stated do what you have to do to prevent further damage. Contractor sprayed termites, saved the wood for them to view, and started repairs.
2 windows were on the *** of falling off once the siding was pulled off. Tech came out the next week, said termite damage, took photos, and stated his boss would have to decide if terminix would pay. 1ST sup. said we won't pay, I see the damage and it's termites, but I don't see any live ones now.
Could be old for all I know. 2nd sup. went further and cited an act of God....rain, humidity, rain running off tree, woods. You got to be kidding.
He said I'm telling you we will not pay, an act of God. Called corp.
and advised to keep going over their heads because that is poor service. I plan on being on a first name basis with every one until they do the right thing and fulfill the contract and pay for damages and treatment.
Reason of review: refusal to pay damages.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
Preferred solution: Terminix needs tp pay for repairs and do the necessary treatment to help prevent any more damage ASAP..
Terminix Cons: Warranty, Lying management, Charges for services not rendered, Do not stand behind their brand, Excueses for not paying claim.
