Be careful of Terminix pest control service. They do not have a good service and the people who come to your house is very lazy and unprofessional.

they prefer to come at the time you are not home so they can spray around your house in less than 5 minutes and go away. I have witness several times and I cancelled my services with them. Once, you call cancelled the services then they continue to bill you until you refused to pay and they send it to collection agency.

Also, they continue to call you up and ask you for new services, they will bill you even you refuse the service.

This tactic is a harassment and unprofessional. I am filling a lawsuit against them.

Well instead of writing here on the board you can

1. ask for a copy of the bill and exactly how long they were there since their vehicles have GPS on them. It could be that you just had a lazy tech. You can ask for a new tech and this will give the management a chance to re-train a technician.

2.You can refuse to pay for a service that was rendered but like any company if you ignore it rather than working with the branch manager of service manager it will go to collections.

3. Whether the tech was there 5 minutes or 30 minutes you pay for them to get rid of the bugs not a time frame.
