You cannot call local Terminix offices anymore because they laid off the receptionists. Now everything has to go through a call center in some other state.

My service was today, according to their website, between 3-5 PM.

The guy shows up at 11:40 AM and of course I am not home. Called the call center and they said the local office said service was between 8-5. Wrong answer.

I am not waiting all DAY for someone to show up whenever they, the OFFICE, wants!

No wonder Orkin is taking business away from Terminix. They need to get more business away from them.

Reason of review: Appt Time.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Stick to your appt times or take down your website. Local offices dictate appt time and disregard internet website scheduling time..
