Purchased their Exclusion product. After five return visits, outlays of money, and the continuing of the monthly service, their program doesn't work. They are promising results that they can't deliver. This is a scam.

The salesman told us that if we buy the exclusion program, we won't have any more rodents in the house. Plain and simple. That what he said and that's what we bought.

The management of the local office have the worst communication skills, anywhere in the service industry.

I have more dead mice than I've ever had before. Here's a list of their excuses:

1) They were in the house already, before the exclusion.

2) The bird feeder is too close to the house.

3) They were getting under the garage door.

4) They climb up the side of the house There is no no one I can find that is pleased with the results of the Terminix Exclusion program.

This should be a class action suit to recover our money.
