We have work being done in our kitchen. Our contractor noticed termites and ant damage and hundreds of bugs.

Called terminix NOW 3 times and no call back, no service person out to visit. Window must be replaced before we can continue with kitchen remodel and we don't dare replace window because the bugs will move elsewhere. We have had terminix for several years and this is a huge slap in the face to a long time customer. We need this addressed ASAP.

Holding up our contractors and costing us money each day. We need this window replaced and the bug problem remedied immediately.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No return calls, Do not stand behind their brand, Warranty.
