Have paid for annual Service; Been local Terminal Customer over 15 years. Requested an in home service.
Spent 3 days trying to get Customer Service to respond.
Kept saying information was going to local level in Alexandria, VA but no one was getting in touch with residence/client.
Said home service call was confirmed but one showed up nor called.
Each day called in I received additional excuses and no explanations as to why I was not being contacted or the services not being performed. I think we need to return back to local service and eliminate the Master Service line which is not working satisfactory for customers.
