Terrible. Called in to schedule appt.
On wed morning at 9 am talked to customer service agent he advised the lansing store would call me within the hr to schedule yet that afternoon or next morning. This was at 9 am. I called back at 330 because of no call. Talked to nice supervisor she said they would be out between 1 and 5 next day guaranteed.
Ok so about 255 the next day. Technician calls says he is not gonna make ot due to a mandatory meeting. But he was gonna call supervisor to try to service. Called back 1 hr later.
Said he couldnt get ahold of anyone and not gonna make it. Totally unacceptable. Very unprofessional service. But first thing yeaterday morning.
He wanted a cc to bill me for service. Just terrible service
