0 comments They have very poor customer service I used vacation time to leave work early right when I got to my home, the tech calls me to say some personal issues came and they could not make it when can I reschedule. I reschedule the very next day and the same thing happened, but this time no call.

I am pissed so I called and left a message. A manager calls and assures me they will call Friday at 3pm to reschedule. Guess what no one call me.

I call today and oh we will try to get it rescheduled. Really They took my number and said you guessed it someone will call 02/20/2017

Product or Service Mentioned: Terminix Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $399.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being stood up twice.
