Terminix techs have 20+ stops a day . that leaves about 20 minutes per stop .

this doesn't include drive time or lunch . At the end of the month techs are under the gun to finish all work scheduled for that month . The managers earn their paycheck based on customer completion in month . Often managers will service in the rain or even complete the service without a service being done, so they don't get dinged on their paycheck.

I highly recommend using a mom and pop company. Better customer service and youll be able to talk to your tech for more than 5 minutes

GET OUT OF YOUR OFFICES LOSERS AND DO SOMETHING?

AND THEN MAYBE YOUR TECHS WON"T WRITE ON BLOGS AS THIS? BUT WE KNOW YOU ALL ARE GOOD OL BOYS CLUB ONCE IN THE TERMINIX CULT, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUR EMPLOYEES LOVE THE YEARLY VOICE OF THE EMPLOYEE SURVEY...LOL
