Terminix will create a bait and switch operation for their quarterly plans. They come out 4 times a year for the quarterly inspection and then every year gradually increase your rates.
I started at $70 per quarter and now they have asked for over $90 for the same service once every 3 months.
When I called them to discuss my billing, the escalation rep was more interested in talking over me than trying to understand my situation and reducing my bill. I have cancelled my service because I am tired of the bait and switch games that Terminix plays with its customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I didn't like: Pompous attitudes.
