We had an account with Evergreen Pest...which did a full house and area treatment.
Then they were bought by Terminex.
We discovered that after our "quarterly plan" did not schedule the 2nd treatment.
So we scheduled an appt. Three appointments were made with Terminex....day after day, with automated confirmations and verbal confirmations with live phone calls. So far nobody has ever shown up and when we call them they question us about our appointments...
What do we do now?
Can we get our money back?
