April 25, 2017 I received an invoice via email stating that the house had been serviced. I called the Danville, IL office immediately and stated that the service hadn't been done.
There was a report that he had sprayed the house, but I was home and he never came to the house and did anything. We have dog and he barks and let us know when anybody is on the property. I was sitting where I could see two sides of our house and there was nobody here. I went out and checked the windows as the lady from the office stated that he had sprayed.
There was no residue on any windows. He would have had to come into the fenced in area to do the back of the house and he never did that. I received an invoice yesterday and I refuse to pay for a service that I didn't get. They scheduled another service and when he came he stated that he couldn't spray because it was too soon to the one he supposedly did.
The dog was carrying on and barking at him and I asked him to leave my house.
I told him I was calling the office and he smartly stated "go ahead and call the manager" There was another time that we got an invoice and I questioned it being done but I went ahead and paid the invoice, but this time I am not paying for something we didn't get done. Virginia Sutton
