After being loyal costumers for a few years, they said that their scheduled visit was still included in our quarterly. When they came out they didnt have the stuff to do what they were supposed to.

We got charged extra, and they refused to change it. The "costumer servce representative" basically gave my husband a big "tough ***". And they said the exterminator said he used 3 gallons worth of spray, they come it with a container that I dont even think it was one gallon its self. Their never on time, or dont show up at all.

And Ive filed a complaint and still havent heard back from them.

Monetary Loss: $116.
