Several times they have automated calls telling me I owe money when the bill has been paid and ck cleared. They seem to be overall incompetent when it comes to knowing what is going on and being up to date with your account. No wonder.... there are no local offices...

Terminix - Tired of waiting

Been a faithful, PAYING contract customer for some time, then it’s like I fell off their schedule. Called for a treatment, made an appointment, arranged to be off work, waited two hours... no show. Then when I called them, they have no record of my appointment. Goodby Terminix, hello Grubbs, a local reliable family owned business!

Terminix - Horrible service!
