VA refi termite inspection

Good afternoon My name is Abraham Negron. I live in Melborne Florida 32940. The reason for this email is to complain about Terminix service on June 9, 2021. I was scheduled for a termite inspection due to a VA refinancing of my house. The individual performing the inspection whos name is David Lamb told me that the VA termite inspection documents would be ready and emailed to me by the afternoon. Around 4:00 I called him and the call went directly to voicemail. This happened twice. The bottom line is that I have been with Terminix for more than five years. This actions of the Melbourne office and the mentioned individual are not acceptable. Because of their actions as of Friday I will no longer be a TerminiTerminix customer Respectfully Abraham Negron cmsabe@***.net 321-223-****

we have a mouse problem. we were convinced by a technition that replacing our insulation in the basement would cure the problem, it didn't. two more visits from technitions proved fruitless. was told by the last one that if we saw a mouse after a week to call for help....

Very Dissatisfied Service

3 Month (March 2021) I paid for Exclusion and Prevention. My Gutters were fine before Terminix came in and place Gutter guards up and left cringed metal as a replacement said it was temporary, and they would come out and finish the Job! Have not heard from them since (it is approaching the month of June). You can see the horrible job from the street! At my front entryway at that! They have devalued my home and the pest is still present. What a Joke! This is not acceptable.

Charging me for a svc I did not need.

I built a new home at Esplanade in Naples Florida. They secured a termite contract with me when they knew I was covered by my home warranty. I have called several times without a return call since February.

Poor Customer Service

We have been waiting two hours for a pest control technician to service our church for a scheduled appointment and they never showed. We called the customer service phone numbers and the customer service calls were not answered either. We left call back numbers and when they called back there was no one on the phone. Poor customer service all the way around. We will be looking at another pest control company to handle this service.

Terrible customer service. takes days to get a return call and they never have anyone to answer the phone.

can't pay a bill because they have no staff in the eastern Pa office. the direction to a local franchisee or office is stupid because the local office does not have enough staff. I have asked to set up autopay but one service is still billed. Three are on autopay, one provides a monthly invoice.

Dishonest salesman

The Terminix salesman promised a service at a one time price saving me money, and it turned out to be a monthly charge that resulted in me paying 3 times the old rate per year. I called customer service, they connected me to the branch manager who said he would refund the money and reinstate my previous service, but nothing happened. The manager told me this same story twice and did nothing. I submitted a complaint to the corporate office through Pissed Off Consumer and received satisfactory results from the company within hours. THANK YOU Pissed Off Consumer

User's recommendation: When salesmen come to your home video the sales pitch on your phone, and if they refuse to be videoed show them the door.

Terminix might arbitrarily change an already confirmed service schedule without any coordination with customers. If you have an account on their website, and if you check your service schedule constantly, then you might accidently find your schedule has been changed....

Horrible Service

I paid yearly for my service. I paid my bill in full in January of 2021 I then have Terminix Charge me again in Late March, I tried contacting customer service for Days!!! NO Response, I left times to call back, I sat on hold to be told that they don't have enough agents to serve me. I had to cancel the charge with the bank, Then Terminix called me on the phone today. Asking for my yearly payment. I was furious at this point , I have spent days trying to get in touch with your staff and then you call me Talking about am I ever going to pay my bill.. Oh NO .. Cancelled!!!

They misrepresented my need for Termite control.

I was sold termite protection though they knew I was covered by Massey through my homebuilder. I want to have my fees prorated to cover the duplicate costs. Twice I have left msgs w/Martin McCarthy Branch Mgr in the Naples area. Twice I have contacted Terminix online; no response.
