We have a new pest service technician, Brandon Coleman and since he's started service has been poor. First he missed a service appointment and had to reschedule and then on the rescheduled service he didn't complete all the normal servicing and missed treating and cleaning all the spider webs.
We emailed the technician with no reply back and called customer service who rescheduled Brandon to return. Asking Brandon why he didn't answer the email sent four days earlier I received the excuse that he doesn't have a working phone to receive emails and that his boss knows about it and he can't do anything about it! My question to his boss, Brandon's card has a phone number and email, why doesn't he have a working phone or the ability to read emails from customers and why does he apply to the service invoice that I declined to sign when he didn't even come to the door to inform us he had completed the service?
The service technician we had before Brandon was excellent, very punctual and professional, Brandon always seems to be in a hurry and takes every shortcut he can as noted by not cleaning the spider webs on our service.
