I have called numerous times about black mold in my crawl space that was allegedly treated 7 months ago when they installed The Atomox ventilation system. I have been a customer for 18 years.

Terminex also has the contract on my daughter home. Today, The Terminex representative Told me their policy changed and I could contact my local office directly. She gave me the managers phone number to call him directly. When I called the managers number his phone answering system said he was out of the office or driving and @he was unavailable leave a message.

When I tried to leave a message his service stated his mailbox was full and hung up. I spent a total of 18 minutes waiting to talk to an agent who couldn’t help me other than giving me the managers number.

I will not renew in December. Horrible customer service.

You need to inform your bank or credit card company NOT to pay when renewal time comes around. Terminix will renew and bill you without your knowledge or consent regardless of terminating their services.
