I had termite service done at my home on 4/22/14. I have no complaints about the employees who worked at my house.

The issue is that I paid $1,100 some odd dollars that day and the man was having difficulties with his computer so he couldn't print a bill/receipt and said it would be mailed. The bill never came. I began calling two weeks ago. Each time they said the bill was en route.

I still don't have it. I can get no one from their customer service dept. to call me back.

They don't even reply to emails.They just keep telling me it was sent. But I never receive anything.
