We ordered additional work for our home at a cost of $1500.00 in which we gave a deposit of $500.00, which was not to be cashed until the work was performed. They cashed it immediately and we still had three days in which to cancel, which we did.

They cashed it here immediately and here it is already six weeks later and I still haven't gotten a refund.

I have called their "customer" service number at least seven times, was told that my district manager would call back and I would have my money immediately, neither has happened.

Product or Service Mentioned: Terminix Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
