4/26/08 requested on line a termite inspection. appt later scheduled for 4/30 bet.
11&3pm. I signed an agreement & paid in full $454.19. Appt. for service scheduled for 5/5 bet.1&3 pm.
noone showed. called hudson county office next day. they had no record of appt. & that paper work had been misplaced.
scheduled an appt for outside spraying
on 5/6 & inside 5/7.(house was being painted 5/7) noone showed 5/6. called office 5/7 & spoke with mgr. mr. priello who said he had cancelled the 5/7 appt.
& was going to combine both sprayings. a call to me about this would have been helpful. i advised my house was being painted today so it was not convenient to spray. he said he'd call later in the week to reschedule.
he did call on 5/8 & offered an appt for 5/10. i declined as the weather was predicting rain. he left it with me he'd call 5/12 to reschedule. i received no call so last evening i called your central office in tenn.
I was given an appt. for both sprayings on Wed. 5/14 bet 4&6pm with the proviso i would receive a confirmation call on 5/13. no confirm call was rec'd by 4:30 pm.
i called mr. priello on his cell & leaving a message about my call to your central office & the above mentioned details.
since i re'cd no confirm call, i presumed no one woul be coming tomorrow, that i would be filing a complaint with terminex and requesting muy money back.
