After setting appts. twice for yearly inspection for termites, they were both a NO SHOW by the company tech.

Many calls to customer service dept, in Tampa. Finally got it straight per Tyler- branch mgr. Tech came out omn 5/31/18 without proper baits for our traps, that are only a year old. One trap showed termites, so that needed to be replaced, unbenonst to me, the tech replaced the entire unit & I was told to write a check for $60.

The next day, reading my contract, I realized I should not have been charged for this. Immediately I called the cs dept, again, on 6/2/18 . Cs person, Gloria got hold of the service mgr at the branch, didn't get his name. He said he wondered why he had this check and he agreed that I should not have been charged.

I asked that the check be marked VOID and sent to me via e-mail. Much to my surprise checking my bank on 6/4 at 7 PM I find that the check had been cashed.

Now I"m really hot. Can't wait till morning so I can call this company one more time!!!!!
