Terminix was a no show for their first service call to our residence. We called several times and they did not have 1 person available to call us back, apologize or even let us know what happened.
This went on for over 3 hours. Really, not even a District Manager had the time to call! They had all the time in the world to take our money when we scheduled the appointment.
Funny, they even tried to collect for a full annual service charge up front. Glad we were smart enough not to pay anything but the initial service charge to start.
