I just went through the same thing with my tenant in Memphis, TN. They never showed up and on the email for details of service, the times on the sheet were 1600 in and out at 1628 and never accessed the interior of the house and for the signature block, said "customer not available"....
which is kind of funny since a adult member of the family was there all day, the appointment time was from 1500-1700, no one ever knocked or otherwise. Most telling was the time/date stamp on the email for details of service. It was sent at 1328, which means they "showed up and finished" the inspection a full 90+ minutes before the appointment block.... I have called five times over the course of a week with no call back.
They are about to get fired after 11 years servicing that house. They are not the only game in town anymore.
