I paid $1600 for a 2 visit plan. After the initial visit when I was trying to schedule a follow-up I couldn't get the tech to reply.
Finally he replied and said "dude I don't work for terminix anymore call corporate". So I called corporate and have sent dozens of messages only to be told that I had 90 days to schedule my follow-up! My initial contact with the guy who quit and correspondence with corporate were all well within the initial 90 days.
They have no desire to help with the situation and appear to have intentionally made it impossible for me to get my follow done within the contracted timeframe. I have requested a full refund for breach of contract and they said, "No, you should have fulfilled the contract we are not responsible for your lack of scheduling."
