All calls to Terminix are routed through a call center in Phoenix. Despite having a local number, it is impossible to connect to anyone locally.
Our initial contact with Terminix was very positive. It has gone down hill at a steady pace. One technician says they only have to spray outside. Another admonishes me because he hasn't been able to get inside. They spray my walls and furniture because they are too lazy to stoop and spray baseboards. If you don't follow them around, they don't spray at all.
Termite control, that once involved yearly spraying, now consists of a guy with a flashlight.
The folks working in customer service in Phoenix, best referred to as the dead call center, couldn't care less. At times they are rude. Calls are put on hold till you tire and hang up. They obviously reflect the companies attitude towards service.
After repeated efforts to discuss how our property is being managed, I will no longer be a customer. There are other companies in the area that are worth a try. They certainly couldn't be worse.
