Said took traps, did not. Not only did this happen once but 2 times.

Came to home for termite inspection, said I had activity, was on plan, then district manager came and said did not have activity at all.

Came to home when I told them not to. Did outside area, but who knows if they did, considering they lied about changing traps on 2 separate incidences.

Made several complaints with no avail. No one got back to me at all.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LIARS. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I MAY CALL THE MEDIA TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE OF THIS ISSUE.

Review about: Terminix Manager.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: CALL ME PLUS OTHER PROVISIONS TO BE DISCUSSED....

Great idea they change to new better system every yr now using Sentricon again they went from Sentricon to Advance bait to Sentricon again I Guess we go back to Advance next yr? Do not fool yourselves Terminix we know how you operate!

Add on service no customer service,Bad service and no service everybody needs to be home at these inspections or they are Not done as contracted and you are right sometimes not at all!

These Techs get 5-6 dollars a check and rush thru them since Terminix keeps changing there pay plans they rush thru them since only Terminix profits from these bait systems now they check them once a yr. What a Joke Stay Far Far away from these crooks..
