Rep sold us 2 contracts one which we did not need or want on 8/2018. We signed his iPad. We called for a paper contract for 3 weeks finally got the written contract on 9/24/18.

We called on 9/25/18 to cancel contract within 3 days which was stipulated in the contract.

Problem was Terminix states we had 3 days from when the salesman visited us on 8/20/18.

I believe it should be 3 days from the day we received the written contract.

They will not let me cancel.
