They are the worst. Poor service and charging for that poor service.

Customer service is non-existent, they won't return calls, they spin things so they seem your fault and the customer service is rude, disrespectful and the supervisors are just as bad. You get put on "forgot" for as long as 90 minutes and then no one answers. I am ready for a Class action Lawsuit for those 39 complaints since the 1st of the year and over 3,000 other complaints which causes me to ask, how does the BBB give them an A rating? Stay away!

They are the worst rip-off. I even had to get the Corporate number through the complaint section of the BBB website as no one would provide that information. They lie and spin everything you say to make you feel it was your fault. No return calls, hangs ups, supervisors are just as bad and incompetent.

I gave Corporate 5 days to resolve the problems and was promised I would be contacted by close of business by that 5th day.

Never happened. Save yourself the heartache!

Monetary Loss: $240.

Preferred solution: A full refund and written apologies from Corporate and customer service reps and supervisors for their disrespect and uncaring attitudes..

I didn't like: Quality of the service, Impossible scheduling, Lack of customer service, Follow up, Harrassing calls.
