These people will try to rip you off. I was supposed to get a refund because of a miscommunication on the contract and they had me cancel the account to later say that because I cancelled they could not issue a refund.
I basically gave them 157 as a gift. First payment was 220 and the second 157 for no services. Customer service will say somebody will call you to talk about the issues, they will never call.
They will play tricks on you and don't have every call documented in theirs systems (or they make you believe so). I contacted them several times and supposedly they were not aware of one of their reps phone call to me....Be careful!!!
