Was sold on the ultimate protection plan because salesman said they would cover damage done by carpenter ants after the initial treatment. Initial service, technician placed a few bar code stickers and shined a red light in a few corners and said there was no existing damage, then sprayed around the outside.
2 weeks later carpenter ants are crawling up the house again. Called for another service call, tech showed up and spray across front door threshold and garage door then left. 2 weeks after, had carpenter ants, spiders and earwigs inside the house now. Called and set apointment - no show.
Called for the next week, confirming that an actual appointment was set - no show again. Called the next week pretty irate, was transferred through 3 people before getting "Bob" who put me on hold for 20 minutes to verify with the local manager that the next appointment was "set in stone" - this one even showed up on the app for my phone for 2 days, but disappeared the day of the appointment and guess what, no show. Called Monday, very irate now, assured that no matter what a tech would be out today.
Never received a confirmation call so I called to check and guess what, they aren't going to show up. Will be disputing charges on my card and filing reports with BBB, FTC and local AG.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $184.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Untruthful promises, Customer service, False advertising.
