The tech Derrick is HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LIAR who half did his job! He came into my home and LIED on invoice stating he saw NO bedbug activity after he killed an adult one with his fingers then flicked it on my floor stating "it may have been a roach?!?!?!?!" He disrespected me and my home by SLAMMING my DOOR TWICE and then half did his job once I reported this. Hopefully the next tech they send to get these nasty bedbugs out my home will be a kind PROFESSIONAL thanks to the Senior Manager Jeff because the local mangers were not any help at all!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: He should not be allowed to enter paying customers homes. I cant even trust he did the first treatment I paid for based off his lie on the invoice that we reviewed.

I didn't like: Technician derrick, Lied on the invoice, Appointment not scheduled.
