On June 2nd, 2016, Terminix representative Andrew East did a walk through of our property and gave us a quote for termite fumigation. We signed a contract and paid in full on June 13th. The check was promptly deposited in a Terminix bank account. He told us the tenting would start on the 20th. We rented a home for us and our dogs, boarded our cats and birds, trimmed the Banyan tree out front and cut the landscape around our house to accommodate the tent. Mr. East never again answered our calls. Another representative , Mr. Mosier came by on June 27th, checked our prep work and gave us July 8th though the 11th for the fumigation to take place. Then on the 29th he called, stating that Mr. East did not work for them anymore and that he wanted more money than previously agreed in the contract. When we questioned him, he said he just had canceled our agreement and that we were going to get our money back when corporate decided to refund us. We made several phone calls to corporate, the second call was over an hour long. They said the branch manager was going to call us to track our refund and apologize for all the inconvenience, it never happened.

We finally received our money back on July 19th, after we had decided to contact an attorney. This company really kept us on edge for a month, didn't honor a signed contract and completely ignored all the anguish they put us through.

We lost the initial deposit we had put down to hold the rental home and had to paid twice for the special landscaping, but that was nothing compared to the uncertainty and stress that we had to endure for so long, particularly while recovering myself from abdominal surgery.

I do not recommend this Terminix branch to anyone.

We signed and paid a contract for termite fumigation on 06/13/2016 to Andrew East, to start 06/20/2016. We rented a home, boarded our pets, trimmed the trees and prep for the tenting. The didn't show up. Another representative , Mr. Mosier came by on 06/27/2016, and gave us July 8th- the 11th. He canceled our contract on June 29th when we didn't want to pay more than than previously agreed and said that corporate would issue a refund. Corporate said the branch manager was going for the, he didn't.
