On September 11th, one of their technicians visited a customer at 5467 Agostino Court, Concord. When she left, her truck struck my sons Toyota Corolla parked outside in the street, removing his driver-side wing mirror. Their technician did not stop and leave a note on the windscreen, but just drove off. Unfortunately for her, a neighbor in the street witnessed this.

I am amazed at how unprofessional this is. Common courtesy says that you at least leave a note, or attempt to find out whose car it is. You don't just drive off.

I reported this to Terminix. Surprise - they have not responded. I also expect them to reimburse my son for the damage to his car.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of accountability. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "lack of morality" of terminix staff and associated monetary loss in the amount of $450. Terminix needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
