* Everytime I schedule an appointment for 3:00 to 5:00 during a weekday, or any time Saturdays, since I work during the day. Then Terminix turns around and changes the time to earlier in the day.
* I received mail/phone calls where they wanted a credit card number, when I always pay by check. So why in the world would they need that.
* Termite inspection, cost $1000 up front, then they fail to tell you about the other expenses.
There has to be companies out there that will work for the customer. Like everything else, they are out for what they can get.
