I have been given the most dishonest technician, and satellite office that could possibly exist. Service technician, Curtis Hicks called me to ask about my quarterly treatment.

I told this person that I was not ready to have him do that. He treated my neighbors yard, and left me a bill on another vacant house next to mine. When a third party neighbor found the envelope addressed to me, she put it in my mailbox. When I found a bill for services I had denied, I immediately began calling Terminix to squash this bogus bill.

I have made 3 calls to the 1-800 number, and was assured that no bill would debit my bank account. However, later the same day, my bank emailed me with an overdraft notice.

I made a third call to Terminix(evil company from *** and after speaking with a supervisor, was given a reference #, and was told that my funds should be returned within 2-3 business days, but if I received an overdraft charge, Terminix would not be able to refund me that amount. I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from Terminix!

Reason of review: Dishonest.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Terminix Cons: Untruthful promises, Being dishonestly billed.
