We had our home tented 4-5 years ago and have had yearly inspections with spot treatments along the way.Earlier this year we discovered more activity and the technician told us the home would need to be retested.

However no one called to schedule the appointment. A month later I called and they said everything was on hold because they were over 6 months out with appointments. I just had to wait. A few months went by....I called again for a status update and I got no reply.

I called again and was told that the scheduler would contact me the next day. No call. Now a few months later I call again and they couldn't find what they needed in the system to give me answers. I have to wait again for someone who is more familiar to help.

I am waiting and watching the little critters do their number on my house while without any answers.I don't feel like my business is important since I've been around a while.
